Danielle Paré
I'm a Somatic Practitioner specializing and certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Somatic EMDR Therapy, Addiction Recovery Coaching and Transformational Breathwork.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that trauma is stored in the body, and true healing happens through deep, embodied awareness.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. Having been on my own journey of recovery from substance use and trauma for the last 12 years, I have had the opportunity to explore multiple healing modalities.
Through this exploration, I found that embodied and integrated approaches were the most profound in supporting my own healing—an experience that led me to my passion and life's work.
I have trained and studied with renowned somatic psychologists, further deepening my understanding of how the body holds and processes trauma.
Through a compassionate and body-centered approach, I help my clients reconnect with their innate wisdom, guiding them through the process of healing trauma, regulating the nervous system, and reclaiming a sense of wholeness.
Whether through breath, movement, sensation, or mindful exploration, I create a safe space for clients to process, integrate, and transform their experiences in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
I believe that healing is not just about overcoming the past—it’s about stepping into a more embodied, present, and fulfilling life.
